Oxfam Novib Somali

Oxfam Novib asked us to help them out with their ‘Dreams Aren’t Specific’ campaign. Targeted for the entire north west Somali region, we produced this short but easy to understand story of a girl named Dahaboo. She has a dream of becoming a scientist but due to traditional way of women doing all the household work alone, she does not get the chance to study like her brother does.

Her father is a smart man and understands that things need to chance around the house, so everyone gets a chance to study. The amount of educated people in Somali will double and the country’s economic potential will be twice as high if male and female get equal chances.
