Heusden 1516
2D/3D animation
To commemorate the passing of world renowned painter Jheronimus Bosch 500 years ago in 2016 the Heusden Museum exhibits paintings, stories and memorabilia from that era.
To explain what the population of Heusden was faced with back in 1516 they commissioned us to make a short animation and a trailer. With limited recourses we could use we had to come up with a format in which we could tell the story. We projection mapped several paintings and made shadowplay animations where no painting was provided.
