We had a lot of fun producing this project with Boutiq Films Switzerland and Farner Consulting AG!

We teamed up to create two captivating films for the Swiss governmental organisation, Kunde Eidgenössisches Personalamt (EPA).

These films dive into the transformation of the work environment for the 40,000 employees of the Swiss federal administration over the years. Once there were lots of challenges in the workplace.

Modernization has now eased the lives of the 40.000 employees within the Swiss federal administration. Remote work, streamlined processes through automation, and a push for greater equality have all positively influenced the working environment.

Infusing stylized characters and settings reminiscent of the early ’80s, we revived the past with a nostalgic flair. Amidst the vibrant and colorful world of the present, we focus on a brighter future.
